| ABOUT US Catering By Tracy was formed in the Spring of 2006 by the owner, Tracy O'Boyle in Charlotte, North Carolina. Since, 2011, we have been serving the Area of Lake Norman, NC. I have been in the food industry since the Summer of 1987. I owned and operated 3 Casual-Themed Restaurant Locations and formally was in Management with a National Chain Restaurant. I have a passion for cooking and entertaining!! I use my knowledge and experience with food and incorporate this into every meal. I will bring "MAGIC" to the table!! Whether it's an intimate dinner party or a magnificent social event, a wedding reception, rehearsal dinner or a weekend at Lake Norman, we will help make it memorable and delicious!!
